PLEASE READ: VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Hi, Everyone!

We’re switching from GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar to ZOOM effective immediately.  It seems that all of our recordings for the past several weeks are out-of-sych (the visuals are changing in unpredictable ways against the audio track) and after hours upon hours on calls with technical support, the final verdict is that it’s a known problem and there’s absolutely nothing they can (or will) do in the short run.  So, after 10+ years as a devoted client, we’re switching to ZOOM and our account will be activated within the next 24 hours.

That means that I have to re-build all of the registration links for our calls this coming week and out into the future — which I’m sure is very simple to do — BUT it also means that you will need to LOOK FOR another email/posting over the weekend which will have the new links and you will need to REGISTER for the calls you’re planning to attend. In addition to creating a blog post, I will also ask Linda to broadcast an email to everyone with the new registration links so everybody knows what’s happening!

If you are also a GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar client and you use their recording feature, I would encourage you to check your recordings and see if they’re out-of-synch.  As it turns out, ZOOM is chock full of similar and more advanced features AND it’s half the price we’ve been paying for YEARS.
