Every Thursday between 11:00AM and 12:00PM Eastern, the ChangeWorks® Ongoing Professional Development (OPD) webinar series is the place to be for Level 2 and 3 Professional members of the ChangeWorks® Community. The topics covered in this series include:
- skills enhancement in the areas of activity list creation, ChangeGrid® individual and group profile interpretation, defining desired locations and developing appropriate action plans
- continuing educational programs on new models that have been integrated into the ChangeGrid®, advanced concepts in Tension Management® and in-depth statistical analysis
- applying the concepts of Tension Management® to a variety of soft-skills areas, such as sales, leadership, marketing and personal accountability
- marketing and positioning ideas for advanced ChangeWorks® profiles for groups and research purposes.
